Day 1:
1:00 p.m. Boxed lunches arrive at client location to be eaten on the road.
1:30 p.m. Depart for Arthur Bryant’s Barbeque
Approximately 4 hours of driving time depending on traffic
5:30 p.m. Dinner at Arthur Bryant’s Barbeque
7:00 p.m. Depart for Hilton Garden Inn Kansas City Kansas
Approximately 15 minutes driving time depending upon traffic.
7:45 p.m. Arrive at the hotel. Time to Check in & relax.
11pm-5am 6 Hours Extra Hotel Security
Day 2:
9:00 a.m. Flow in for a deluxe continental breakfast
10:30 a.m. Depart for University
Approximately 15-30 mins driving time depending upon traffic.
11:00 a.m. Arrive for a Campus tour of Rockhurst University
12:30 p.m. Lunch on campus.

1:30 p.m. Depart for The Money Museum at Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City
Drop off: Circle drive, park in the visitor parking lot or at the end of the circle drive

1:45 p.m. Arrive at the museum and check in

IMPORTANT: Anyone 18 years or older will need to show a physical copy of a valid government issued ID to enter!!! Upon arrival, all unvaccinated guests over the age of 2 will be required to wear a mask, and everyone must go through airport-style security screening.
2:00 p.m. Self-guided tour of the Money Museum
Hours: Monday-Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Last entry 3:30 p.m.
4:30 p.m. Depart for Crown Center
p.m. Time for Sightseeing on own
With a variety of shops, restaurants and attractions, Crown Center is a favorite destination in downtown Kansas City. During the winter months, enjoy ice skating amid a scenic backdrop of downtown at the Crown Center Ice Terrace. Other highlights include the kid- friendly Coterie Theater, SEA LIFE Aquarium and LEGOLAND Discovery Center.
6:00 p.m. Dinner at SPIN! Pizza on the 1st floor of Crown Center
7:30 p.m. Depart for your hotel

Day 3:
8:00 a.m. Flow in for a deluxe continental breakfast
IMPORTANT: Each person is covered for 1 entrée including beverage off the Cooked-to-Order menu. Anything ordered in addition to this is to be paid on own.
9:30 a.m. Depart for Black Archives of Mid-America
9:45 a.m. Arrive for a self-guided tour of the Black Archives’ permanent exhibits including “With My Eyes No Longer Blind”
The Black Archives’ permanent exhibit, With My Eyes No Longer Blind – titled after the Langston Hughes poem – traces the story of African Americans in the Kansas City from the days of the Lewis and Clark expedition to the mayor-ship of Emanuel Cleaver II.
10:30 a.m. Depart for Worlds of Fun
Approximately 30 mins driving time depending upon traffic.
11:00 a.m. Arrive at Worlds of Fun
Your driver will be off duty while you are in the park.
Admission to Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun. Spend the day at the park.
Park Hours on this day:
Worlds of Fun 11 AM – 8 PM
Oceans of Fun 11 AM – 7 PM
