From your detailed itinerary that included a healthy balance of educational and fun activities, comfortable lodgings and diverse dining options for the students and the chaperones to your genuine interest in helping us secure the best options that our stringent budget would allow, you went ABOVE AND BEYOND!
The firmness, confidence and expeditious nature that you had while answering our numerous queries was really appreciated. When the tour was threatened of being cancelled when we could not secure a chartered bus, you stepped up and was able to put us in contact with a vendor. You negotiated with hotel management to have the chaperones rooms cleaned despite their 3-night stay cleaning policy. In this uncertain Covid-19 environment, when we were unable to visit the last school on our tour due to an uptick in cases on the campus, you once again came to our rescue and secured us a reservation for lunch at a delicious restaurant while headed back to New York.
